She began her work in the counseling field in a community mental health setting, where she had the opportunity to work with individuals facing addiction, complex trauma, and court-mandated treatment. That experience gave her a strong foundation in working with high-needs populations and navigating systems of care. She now works in private practice, serving adults ages 21 and older. Her current focus includes supporting clients through addiction recovery, healing from trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and navigating life and career transitions. She enjoys working with motivated individuals who are ready to engage in meaningful change and growth.
