NGAGMC Disaster Relief Ministry: Loving Extravagantly in the Wake of Hurricane Helene
When disaster strikes, the people of the North Georgia Conference of the Global Methodist Church (NGAGMC) respond with faith, compassion, and action. The recent devastation caused by Hurricane Helene has once again reminded us of the power of connectional ministry and the strength of Christ’s love at work through His people.
We want to extend our heartfelt thank you to every church, volunteer, and partner who has contributed supplies, time, and resources to assist in relief efforts. Your incredible generosity has provided essential items (food, water, cleaning kits, and more) to families and communities affected by the recent storm.
Your actions truly embody the spirit of Loving Extravagantly, one of the core values of the Global Methodist Church. In moments of crisis, this love becomes tangible through service, generosity, and prayer. The NGAGMC Disaster Relief Ministry is committed to walking alongside those affected by natural disasters not just in the immediate aftermath, but throughout the long journey of restoration and healing.
How You Can Help
The most impactful way you can help right now is through financial contributions to the NGAGMC Disaster Relief Fund.
Your donation allows our teams to respond quickly and effectively wherever the need is greatest—providing supplies, supporting local churches, and partnering with organizations on the ground.
Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference in bringing comfort. Together, we can continue to be the hands and feet of Christ—serving our neighbors, rebuilding communities, and sharing the love of Jesus with those who are hurting.
Thank you for being part of the NGAGMC family and for helping us live out our call to Love Extravagantly.
