We are taking a group to Costa Rica over Cobb County schools fall break, September 19-26.  We are going specifically to the Guapiles/Pocora region.  Our host organization is the Methodist Church of Costa Rica.

This will be our church’s 15th year going down!  During the day we will be continuing to help build a new church in the area, and in the afternoons we visit several different villages where we have established relationships and we put on vacation Bible school type activities, do women’s ministries, and parenting workshops.

We stay in a hotel (with A/C and a pool!) and eat breakfast and dinner there.  Lunch is at the job site.

This trip is open to middle school aged kids and adults.  The only caveat is that anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent with them.

The approximate cost is going to be $1400.00.  This figure will include airfare, ground travel, meals, and lodging.
